Kramer 212-you can run a preamp eq without any issues,some cheapies for under $50 would work for you?? Yet my favorite, and most reliable HU has been my ECLIPSE CD3000,even with all the new HUs out there, I am having a hard time replacing it ??Just been a favorite HU, and reliable as well

the thought of no cd capability kind of turns me off, although i rarely use them i still like that option.

I can't stand using CD's and I love the ability of just pluggin in my ipod on the go and not having to worry about anything. Plus if I find new songs I don't need to burn more CD's. With that being said I'd rather take a headunit geared for just ipod's rather than a headunit that is sort of all around, because they more than always lack something that the other has.

I can't stand using CD's and I love the ability of just pluggin in my ipod on the go and not having to worry about anything. Plus if I find new songs I don't need to burn more CD's. Premier 780 is my favorite. First one, I broke the screen and bought a flip out. Sold that and bought another used 780. Shouldnt have sold that one!!

My baby, the Clarion ADCS-1. No other HU has been made to compare to it. NIB too!

V1- MSRP $3500, no lap top

V2- MSRP $8500, this version come with the lap top to set it up

Managed to get my hands one, finally after 14 yrs of looking. Found some, just never had the $$. When the 4th one reared its head, I had the $$. YEA!!!

I am limited to only a couple HUs. My buddy gave me his pioneer p860. It was nice. I liked it and it sounded good but I want a usb input. I am replacing it with a 7200 MKII. I haven't installed it yet since I am still debating on the rest of the system. I am glad some people like it. My other is a pioneer 3800 dvd touch screen. It looks good and works fine but the eq is lacking alot.
