I agree.rotate the 3inch wide bracing thats down each side 90 degrees, because as it is, its going f*ck all....![]()
go and lay a piece of 3inch wide MDF with a brick at each end, and stand in the middle, let me know what happens.... then turn the MDF so its on its side, and stand on it...eh, that's the way I do all of my own enclosures as well, and it works pretty well for me...
If you want to turn them go ahead, but they'll work as they are IMO

Working 60-70 hours a week, 6 days a week, with a 1 hour commute each way, then coming home and working on designs all evening isn't exactly doing wonders for the home life...

And I didn't say that turning them wouldn't make the wall stronger, it obviously would. I'm saying that having them this way is sufficient, with less concern for the brace to be an obstruction.
