Apparently you are forgetting that when you grow as a company, you incur many more costs than simply hiring more employees.

I don't think I need to go into detail about extra costs, but a new facility is one extra cost that comes to mind. Unfortunately, it's not going to pay for itself.

Evidently you're the one who has trouble understanding economics.
Doubt it bud.

You have NO idea. Not a clue.

Uhh yea I don't think so....

You do have some extra cost if you grow that much. However, if you buy a new facility you will be able to make more product more product means more money more money is the bloody point.

Let’s say you make 50 subs in a building with 2 pieces of equipment that makes 25 subs per day. You make $2 gross per sub, so $100 a day gross. You have two people who work in this company who get paid $.50 a day, one person per machine. Building, electricity, water, and other various utilities cost you another $1 per day. Up keep and cost of the machines is $1 per day.

So, you make $97 after one day.

Now our company grows.

We now have 2 buildings 4 machines, 4 employees. Our utilities also have doubled. Same sub price.

So 100 subs at $2 per sub is $200 gross, cost is now $2 for employee, $2 utility, and $2 up keep.

SO, 200-6 = $194.

Hmm…. How does this change the price of subs?

IT FUCKING DOESN’T ASSHAT!!!!!

Wow, you have someone agree with you and finally come back to comment.

Hahahahaha, no shit.
They REALLY don't get the REAL nitty-gritty inside shit... at all. Don't understand the costs at all.

I better just keep G7S small and there for more vulnerable to market fluctuations than going to a big company where small market fluctuations won't bankrupt me....

I wonder if they get the point yet.....

Oooo wait I have another one....

The reason a big company can raise their prices is they know they are well established at making a particular product. And, if you remember correctly from probably econ 101, price change will have an affect on demand at first but over time demand will return to almost the original prices. Also, if you are building a product that no one else builds like no one else with out substitutions which are very comparable then you can charge whatever the hell you like....

Sure makes more sense making $4 per sub than $2 per sub.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

This was a nice diversion from emails... thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I do what I can.... I'm about to send you one about a certain speaker from a certain noah that needed a certain turd polish, to see if you guys looked at it yet.....

Ah... your the one I have the turd polish and Mothers powerball out for? I just emailed Noah back saying that it was coincidence (or maybe he could smell it) that he emailed asking about it... I had plopped a basket down on it and realized that the coils/coil formers I have are slightly too short, but that I can do a collar extension to get things to line up good. Im still looking for a good spacer ring for the spiders... I really dont want to have to machine anything for it... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

More news on that one shortly...

Hows that 15" working for you? It definitely has some big shoes to fill considering your home setup //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
