For $350 i'd do it. You could sell all that for more than that. Easy profit. The kicker amp aint bad at all, but the L7's are terrible. If they're in the kicker box (the one you linked to earlier in the thread) I would definitely not keep them for yourself. Their boxes starve the subs of airspace, so they're inefficient and tuned high so they have very high peaks and drop off quick. (Think peaks in like 50-60hz range and a hard drop off below that)
