The FU Audio 750 series subs will play as low as you want, just as the sundown X series will. Both good subs. A single 15 on 2k in a well built enclosure would do well in that vehicle as well. Check out the FU Audio 1250 series 12's or a single 15". They are made to be a great daily/demo type sub, that really like lows.

Either the 750 or 1250 series 15's will work in 3.25 or 3.5 cu.ft. net per sub. The 1250 will like a little more port area.

AFAIK there is no such thing as nearly identical to Sundown other than maybe a common overseas build house.

In doing the latter, you could give thought in selling your amp and remaining sub budget and upgrading your amp and electrical

Go to you local facebook sundown group and snag 1 X v2 15. Build good box and tuned to 32 and it'll probably tear your truck apart.

If you are gonna go single sub, id do single 18. Ive done a TON of testing in my blazer. 2 12s was always louder than 1 15.

I figured more cone area would make the difference. I just want whatever sub/subs that will perform the best. The size and quantity is completely up in the air.
And my vehicle is a 2000 chevy blazer. I dont know the amount of space i have in cubic feet, I have 36" in width, 20" in height, and 28" in depth.

this with 2-3k will be pretty loud do 7cf box u have the space based on dimensions u gave.. FU Car Audio, fu audio, fu car audio
