as all of you know im restricted on space. i had it cross my mind that JL Audio w3v2's like small sealed enclosures and was thinkin, will two of these with correct power hit like 1 15 inch sound splinter.

actually it should be louder.....but if u plan on putting them in small boxes..they like 600watts each....and that will get u loud.......trust me....i got 6oowatts going to a 10w3 and it loves it

what do you have for power? evrybody here where i live runs jl especially the w3's and i have yet to hear a good w3 setup. a lot of that is probably due to bad installs but for the price of the rl-p i don't think it can be beat imo.

i have an eD nine.1 so power is really no issue. i need an external port for 3 cubes volume. i dont know how to find out external length

Same as if you were putting it in the box. Use 3 cubes as your box tunning volume.

Well if the port is on the outside of the box, How is it going to displace any of that 3 cubes???

to find the length. regularly if a box is 3 cubes, and u want a port INSIDE it takes away from the 3cubes.......making it probably about 2.5 or eve less. see what im sayin?

Umm Yeah, But you said you were building it on the outside. It's not INSIDE. No displacment.

If you are building a port that goes in the box and out only factor displacment on the portion in the box.

the way im thinkin is, when someone says "3 cubes ported" technically its not 3 cubes ......its less because of port displacement and all, or does the majority of people say that meaning 3 cubes after all displacement?

PS its 3 cubest after sub displacent, i would make it to the port comes from the front on the right side laying flat on the ground

do u guys think two SE 10's from RE could get as loud as this one 15, or would it be a waste of money in my situation? im actually thinking maybe if this box works, building a nother one bu sealing it and having another 15, what do u think? if i can get 2 15's in the trunk with the right airspace, boy i would love that. but i guess ill get it ported first and see how i like it and if i do, i will buy some componants and a nine.2
