Yep, my car sounds like crap...

Try this: Turn off the sub and change the fading to the front. If you can't hear any of the lower tones your speakers may be out of phase. If so, switch the pos and neg of the left or right front channel. Check the same on the rear. Once you've got this done, try changing the phase on the sub. IIRC you can change the phase at the headunit for the sub.

 
Ill try tonight to tame those frequencies, also my Tweeter crossovers are set at -2 DB I could still set them to -4 will this help or will I lose too much brillance in the sound?

doesnt hurt to try....also you should try reversing the tweeters' polarity if they are mounted anymore than 6" from the mid

 
OK I put my tweeter crossovers to -4 and reversed the polarity of the tweeters only... seemes that the siblance went away... but now music seems a bit flatter (maybe better) it just needs more life and detail!!! what else do you recommend? also do you think the speakers will perform much better with time to correct this?
