Some of the Pioneer subs in the past have had an Fs of over 40 Hz, which would explain why they don't get low ...
He has 10" subs. This means that they arent going to sound that low, especially in that small box, thats sealed...
Get a ported box that's large and tuned low (like 30 htz for 10"). YOu have a Volfenhag amp that probably isn't putting out the power you need.
That's the problem you will have with smaller drivers. Me on the other hand with my 15"... I get too much low bass.
