XXV Colossus help

Okay so I'm looking to get two of the new model alpine type 12 Type R's (1000w RMS) and planning on running them with a 3200watt Hifonics XXV Colossus. I've heard that the XXV Colossus was somewhat of a power hog. I have a 2007 saturn aura XR 3.6L, would I need to upgrade my electrical at all for this amp? Also would this be a good amp for these subs? With a budget for the amp being

with that amount of power you would really want a ho alt. and a couple batts. with big 3 all 0 awg

thats a hole lot of amp. Big 3 and an alt. You can forget it trying to run that stock.
