X991 better SQ than XXV-01D?

Can anyone comment on whether the newer X991 has better SQ than the XXV-01D?

Is there much difference between the 2? I know the old XXV uses dual Burr Brown DACS and the new X991 uses Wolfson, does this make a difference?
