WTTF 1/0, battery, or GPS

I have a BNIB Jawbone 2...one of the best BT headsets out there.

Also have an older Sony 5.1 receiver. Works great except the remote.

I am looking for some 1/0 (18ft), a battery--nothing crazy, or an in car GPS unit.
