i was scared to turn my amp on this thing. it scared me when i smelled it. might have been glue or something, but when i womp my mtx9512 i smell nothng.maybe it was wrong box, maybe bad gain settings, but either way, not enough spl. now if you want to sell your's cheap enough, i'll throw them in and mod my amp and build an SQ box.

if you still have it i have 2 pioneer spl3004s these get loud and can handle the power but i'd want a couple more dollars on ur end.

yeah, i didnt want to mess it up so i figured it'd be best to get rid of it and get something that hits the lows harder without me being paranoid about killing it.

x is a low end monster.

Go ported tuned low and reveal the monster lows of the X.

most i've read say to seal it. i dunno. i don't build boxes, but i will if i don't get a good trade. i'll keep that in mind, because i want "monster lows" but i wanna run 2 subs. i really like those premiers.....HINT to that guy

Yes true, most people recommend sealed for the X because its specs lean toward that, but it doesn't do half bad in a ported box. I'd get on the Premiers that guy is trying to sell/trade you if he doesn't ask for too much cash on ur part if you're looking for more SPL. But personally I'd get another X and port both. But that's the most expensive option.
