black metal is made by the least black people on earth. Norway, netherlands, finland, etc... very fast and loud with "dark" lyrics. look up "freezing moon" on you tube for a start.

although i tend to agree, there have been a few good ones. type-o-negative is an example of good dark metal. at least i think that's what it would be classified as. i'm a metal guy and always have been. way back when exodus first came out. in my opinion, metal has over done it with all the different types of metal. i've stopped even trying to figure it out.

there's nothing wrong with listening to rap. i've always been a hardcore metal guy, but nothing beats a little hip hop bass on a good system. i really like the newer metal bands who incorporate some of that low hz bass tones in with theses good metal drummers.
