so you are basically saying all customers are experts? lmao i have more stories than i can shake a stick at that disproves your idea about how to handle customers. it's not being cocky at all its knowing what is best with what he has to offer. i dont know how many times i seen smart customers buy that 119.99 thousand watt amp and try to bridge it to 2 dvc subs at 1 ohm. the words "my buddy says i can do it." is about the most comical thing i ever heard:laugh: there are 2 types of diyers shade tree installers and shadey tree installers the shadey tree types are always in the shade over the right things to do. 8 out of 10 of them blame their mistakes on product instead of their stupidity.
