Exactly my point. So where those other companies and to increase profit they lowered quality because they figured out the average idiot consumer looks at ratings however inflated they may be without questioning them.

Nobody else thought those earlier companies would sell out either. Until they saw the huge profit they would make by making cheap shit and selling it to a shittier company.

Wrong. Each of those companies are pure profit corporations. Jacob is a single person who is in it for a love of the hobby.

I dont run Sundown and I dont plan to. Regardless I hope Jacob doesnt take Sundown down that road, but I guess we will see with time.

It all depends on the business strategy. Jacob's strategy so far has been 1 on 1 customer service on high quality products. (i don't know and won't pretend to know margins or cost of doing business.) I highly doubt he'll abandon a working business strategy. I don't know why people are so anti-capitalist. Someone becomes successful with a product or service and all of the sudden they are no longer your friend but your enemy. It's ridiculous.

WoofersEtc call ME about carrying Sundown because peopled called them and wanted it -- because it's a quality product and has been proven over several years now. I have no plan to change that.

I don't have a corporate board to answer to -- as long as Sundown is profitable and I can pay myself and my employees and grow I am fine. I don't need to maximize stock holder value or appease anyone else.
