WTF happened?! Bad install? What happened!? PLEASE HELP!

Alright, i have 2 orion 1200d installed on my system. All of a sudden after a month, my shit dont work. I go look in the back, one of the amps have power but the one doesnt. I pull out the fuses and they are FRIED TO **** more than a usual blown fuse. I buy more and go to put em in, and they ****in MELT half way in. Ended up gettin the shit out tho. I pull out the power wire and accidently drop it on the folded down seat which had a piece of metal and it sparked like a ****in *****. I look at the amp and there's smoke comin out. I'm pissed cuz im too broke ot get another one too. Now what could have brought this to happen? Because I had a professional audio shop install this shit and they fix it if shit ****s up thats not my fault. And I never touched it before this happened. So IDK. PLEASE HELP!

take it to the shop that installed it. tell them the fuked up and you want them to fix it, asap.

You should have taken it to the shop that installed it as soon as that happened, you should not have fooled around with anything.

don't tell them you touched anything... just say you don't know what happened, you looked back there and the fuses were blown. they will probably try to blame it on the amp, and not their install. but if you bought everything from the shop then you shouldn't have any problems.
