Wtf B.s.need Help!!! Leave Work???

ok well first off ill start out by saying i work like 4 times a week well supposed to the boss aint really my boss but owner of the cell phone stand im at he always calls me up and my other friends that work here on our days off and be like"bro can u do me a huge favor blah blah blah...i got your back man can u just cover this shift today..blah blah dotn worry bro i got your back...he is supposed to work almost everyday with us and the last 2 weeks hes been really ****ing up and just not coming and shit and keeps asking us to fill for him..well im supposed to get paid every week i get paid commision so every phone/contract i sell i get paid some days i work 11 hours and jack shit i gave him my contracts last wednesday (not this recent one the one before) to take to headquarters to get them to process my check for how many i sold well anywayz he still has them i started workign here 3 1/2 weeks ago and still no check i really need money and its really starting to piss me off. my friend was supposed to get a 350$ check the ****ed him over and gave him 147$ how are taxes that much?? he supposed to work 10-6 today im supposed to work 10-4 he didnt show..so wtf should i just leave? im just erally mad right now..bored, tired etc. and tired of this shit i got a lot of shit i actually got to do today..o btw he hasnt text me back or answered any of my phone calls.since yesterday when he text me to work for him..again on my day off...so wtf should i just leave right now and go do what i half to do i mean i kno he is not coming in and if they do find out idc im tired of this bullshit..

edit: like i said i called and text numerous times saying i either want the papers to take over to headquarters or the ****ing check because this is becoming b.s

call corporate and tell them he's a slacker .. and u haven't received any commission let alone a check. Text him that your leaving and sue him for not paying up. Your friend should sue him. If your friend was suppose to get X amount of money from commission he should ask for the paper work and demand to see them.

good idea..i mean i talked to corporate yesterday and i think they are aware of it just kinda ran shitty i guess i mean i believe they are getting really pissed at him though..but what i been throguh ras of right now with this work its more than enough bs..im tired of it..but i think im gonna quit and in process prbly not get my check and say hey i want 500 flat for all my time and everything if not ill see u in court..nuff said.

but should i leave right now? lol

not sure if i actually made clear i mean not leave work as in quit leave as in leave for the day and say **** with it because its not worth it..

eh, get the papers in , and talk to somebody above that guy. I once worked for three weeks, 124 hrs, at $13 an hour, and didnt get a check, because i had to pay $150 for merchandise. Pyramid schemes ftl, i bet i was more pissed than you, lol

so in a nut shell he is taking ur contracts and turning them in for himself...u have a few options here

1 beat the living shit out of him..(find him in the parking lot and wear all black wit a mask)

2 call cooperate and provide evidence of what he is doing..say a written statement from your other co workers.

3 confront him in front of the whole mall..make a big scene..and watch him cry in front of ppl
