WTB with 15v and 6000 watts rms

those 3xl subs....need 5 cubes net...(thats after port and sub displacement) and specs read as follows.

* Power Handling (Peak) : 2000W

* Power Handling (RMS) : 1000W

* Nominal Impedancel : Dual 1 ohm

* Frequency Response : 24Hz - 400Hz

* Sensitivity : 93 dB

* Motor Structure : 542 oz

* Mounting Depth : 9.2"

there are better subs for the money....

i have 2 runs of 0 gauge from front to back, red top in front, 2 1400 kinetiks in back and a 18 farad capacitor that reads out my voltage, when i turn it on in the morning it will read 15.8 . . it stays around 15 tho . . i dont pound on my shit for too long tho, so i give it time to recharge.
Do you have the MLA volt regulator on your alternator?

is that for 2 of them? . . the box i had for the Dmx was 4 cubes internal

my friend learned the hard way not to put an MLA on his car....put it in his magnum and it ****ed his computer up.....so now he had to do external regulated h/o alt.
Yea, thats what I've heard...which is another reason why I'm hesistant to buy 1 for a dual alt setup. But, I've only heard a few cases of this happening so that might have been a defaulty product. I'm most likely gonna do more research on them.

But I doubt with stock alt that you're getting 15.8 volts and constant 15v...unless your cumputer chip is defaulty.

thats in the back, up front my voltage is around 14. . only fifteen after the 2 kinetik 1400s. ..

you will be HARD PRESSED to find a single sub that can take 6K + of power on a daily basis over and over...good luck with that..

as for the amplifiers I assure you, you wont be seeing anywhere near that amount of power out of them. Not only because of what they are but also because of other factors namely your voltage and more importantly IMPEDANCE RISE (thats a whole other topic) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Well, what kind of batts are you running...b/c 12 volt batts can't produce a 15.8 current...I'm guessing you have 16v batts...correct?
i have 2 kinetik 1400s in the back. . and yes they are 12v. . they are pretty high voltage. i can check it again with a multimeter n post a pic if ud like
