recommended online stores

what are some recommended reputable online stores? I have heard of woofersect but have read they don't always have in stock what they claim they do and can be slow shippers.. is this true? Anyone have experience with them? If I order an Alpine amp, is it covered under Alpines warranty then or will they not honor it?

i believe that crutchfield is the only authorized alpine dealer online but i may be wrong. i would call alpine first and find out for sure.

i actually had a pretty bad experience with sonic. i ordered a hu and 12 weeks later they finally told me it was out of stock. they offered me 5% off my next purchase. i laughed at them.

I ended up ordering my components and cables from woofersect and the amp from crutchfield, was little more money for the amp but at least its from an authorized dealer with warranty.

I believe sonicelectronix is a certified dealer for alpine, at least their headunits. Someone correct me if im wrong though.

Me and my brother have purchased from Woofersetc.com at least 10 times in the past few years with no problems at all. I have gotten my CDT, ID, Rainbow comps from them as well as Alpine Type R, JL w6 and Kicker solo subs. All are still working great to this day.

thanks for the info guys, ended up ordering from woofersetc, components/cables etc shows it was shipped the next day, still no tracking number yet though. ordered the alpine amp from crutchfield , wanted to be sure to get an amp from an authorized dealer.
