i honestly have never seen anything like this. do him a favor and fix it i would be embarrased to be seen in that car with wires on the outside of the car,but i can say one thing.(atleast it works)lol. tell us if he fixes it

i ran the wires into my door jamb like that the first time i ran them in the old daytona, only cause i was lazy and wanted to check equipment though, i honestly can't belive someone would actually drive around that way. It really isn't that much harder to just run it behind the seat and into the trunk

You really need to just peel off some of the wire covering on the power and ground so it grounds out and blows the fuse, if there is one lol.

daytona's are actually one of the more difficult cars to install amp wires in because of the fire wall.id rather see someone go through the fenders then the outside of the car where they are visible.
