Wow, look at this! Worst wiring ever...

I spotted this in my schools gravel parkin lot today (where I park). The "power" wire is some red like 14 gauge, and the ground was a white electrical cord. WTF?!

Lol they didnt drill holes, they just shut the door on them! If I see the guy I will tell him I will fix it for free, that make me laugh all day I couldnt stop thinking about it.
