I have been collecting pieces for my next install. It is going to be a 5.1 DTS setup and I am doing a 3-way active crossover set up in the front and a 2-way active crossover setup in the rear. I will be running my center with the supplied crossover supplied with the components. This is going to require 14 runs of speaker wire.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif I am currently planning on using the Monster 402 XLN XTREME SUBWOOFER CABLE For my subwoofers And Monster 402 XLN XTREME SPEAKER CABLE for the 8" in my 3-way set up. I was even thinking of using the Monster brand speakercable for EVERYTHING but that stuff is thick and with needing to do 10 runs to the front of the car that bundle would be as thick as my wrists. than I stumbled upon this:

Now it doesn't say what gauge the wire is but has an O.D. of 10.9mm and that is 2.4mm larger than this.

and that product is listed as 14GA so I would guess that the first product being a larger O.D. MIGHT be 12GA. I know this stuff is meant for house but can anyone forsee a reason that it couldn't be used in car. Any insightful input would be awesome. Because this would cut my number of runs down to five.
