I have a friend that had a W7 like that. That was before he feel asleep and crashed his gs300. I would find a way to cover it so its not in plan sight.

you can make a frame and upholster it and throw some grille cloth in the middle to make a factory looking grille. and if done right, that setup sounds really good.

its good, but thieves do like you now. Some Cadillacs have 10s in their rear deck too. Only thing i can see is that it may not get the best performance sound-wise to you since the wavelengths may be shortened to your listening position.

alot of cars with premium sounds systems come with a 8"-12" stock IB sub setup like that.

The IS300 was not one of those cars....It has torsion bars to open the trunk that make it so you cant even mount 6x9's with out adding a baffle to raise them up b/c the mounting depth is soooooo shallow
