Would you buy a $50k car with salvage title?

That will be your biggest problem. You'll have to find two idiots. Finding one shouldn't be hard, but two?
I agree. Selling they will be a bit more difficult then a normal car. The clean titled car will have no issues selling. Its profit. The salvaged car may have issues, but I think on egay it would go fairly well. Maybe make a decent profit.

Im tossed on what to do. A part of me is really jumping for the opportunity and the cautious side is saying...salvage and stripped bro...dont do it.

If they run a Carfax it should still come back as being reported stolen at one point. If I was going to mess with any of them, it would be the clean titled one.

Well, if you can flip them QUICK... then do it.
Don't buy them and sit on them though. Also, I'd make sure and have ALL the work lined up already...

I think I do.

I have a good friend willing to do all the body and paint for near nothing. I pay for the supplies and he wants 7% of any profit I make.

I have a mechanic friend that works on BMWs doing tuner type stuff. He said he will look them over to ensure they are in well condition.

The rest of the interior and exterior I can do myself.

So, as it sits right now, Im just worried about the "quick flip" portion. Id be sitting on the wrecked car for a month atleast for the body work. The stripped car would be as fast as parts could come in and I could put it together.

Well that is a shame //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
x2 why would someone want to support their country that's just bananas //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Yup, and anybody picking up an m3 is going to run a carfax report and be leary. I wouldn't jump into either of them.

A salvaged cheap car (~10k) is one thing, a salvaged car still trying to pull high prices (20+) is another

If I owned, or had a friend who owned a body shop I'd

consider options A and B. But I do not.

If I lived in Miami, I have contacts there and I would

consider it.
