Would this box work?

I have 2 12 inch infinity 1262w's, and I want to put a vented enclosure in my trunk.

This is the setup I came up with, would this work? I can't really go bigger, in the first picture the top is the dimensions of my trunk, 2nd is the graph thing in winisd.
