Would this be a good setup ?

I have an 05 dodge neon srt-4. I have a setup I think would be good and before i buy would like suggestions.

Avic-n2 headunit

Memphis class m Component speakers

Memphis class M 6x9's

Memphis 75x4 amp for mids and highs

Memphis Class d 500 for sub

JL 12w6v2

I would skip the 6x9's and get a better set of components up front.

The Avic and the 12w6v2 are awesome choices in my opinion, and although I love Memphis I don't think it'd be the way to go. The 500d Amplifier would do fine, although there are plenty of ways to save some cash and get just as good of quality.

I say let the HU push the rear speakers(which you could even leave stock), get an amplifier that is (par se) 150x2 ar 100x2 for a nice component set, and you'd be happier.

If you decide to keep it that way, you'd still be happy

What would be a good amp for the sub ? and also best components and amp for them. I am just big on names. I can get everything for a good price.
