so I've decided to get a tc epic 12. I'll be giving it the suggested 500rms. I only listen to music at normal or slightly loud levels. I'm not looking for spl numbers or anything. and idk if it matters but this sub will be in a closed trunk. I don't plan to lower the seats or anything. so my question is, do you think it is smartest go get a sealed box for this sub? all I really want from it is to sound good and be able to play some low notes but I'm told a sealed box built right can achieve that. plus I'd like to have the box kinda small. at least able to take in and out of the trunk to get to the spare.
what do you guys suggest?
also, would anyone be willing to design me a box or suggest dimensions?
