Hi

new member here.

Poked around and could not find any words of advice for a 'simple ' build in my car.

I purchased a 1980 fiat spider last spring, and let's say , I experimented with a system build that had no controlling radio etc. The motivation was to not have anything tempting for would be theives to rip it out of my dash. To be clear, it was to avoid damage to the car. So I scrounged up a couple of old 1980 pioneer amps 1 12" dual channel sub 2 6x9 and 2 5.5 to build the experiment. I installed the 2 amps in the trunk with the car battery. Ran a wire for a simple 1/8 jack which is connected to a bluetooth receiver that connects to my Iphone when the car is in accesory position or running, and finally the phone is controlled by my pebble steel watch.

Soooo i hooked it all up, adjusted the output levels manually on the amps. It works great....

Now that I have tested the theory and I can live with the few quirks of no control over balance, fader, and equalizer. I want to buy the things needed. I only have a 60 amp altenator, so it can't be nor do I want it crazy.

It is a small 2 + seater convertible and not looking to blast mankind with my eclectic choices of music.

I would like to ask advice on how to rebuild with proper equipment now while staying with speaker dimensions and amperage previously mentioned. All of the speakers are completely hidden and designied to house these measurements.
