Guys,

I got a quote of $120 (including shipping back) for a flat fix from JL to fix the amp. From what I heard, the whole board is being replaced. Warranty is 90 days.

Is it worth fixing? Shipping to Florida from LA probably cost $15. It is a v1. One channel is not working with low ohm lid up.

So total cost for me is $135

Btw, I bought the amp of some dude which that guy lied about it working. I am already down $120. Trying to track that guy down (lives 15 miles from me). I tried knocking his door and he is hiding but thats another story. Leaves a bad taste.

Anything worth getting is always worth it more at a steep discount. Not familiar with that unit, but the brand is great.
