Ahh, ok. My lawyer was contacted 30 minutes after this happened. He's our company lawyer, and also specializes in car accidents.

A few people are telling me I could come out with my car getting replaced and a nice $10k in my pocket, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

All I honestly want is my car replaced and all the fees and costs that this whole ordeal to be covered.

This reminds me of when I was rear ended when I was 20 or so. I had a Olds Cutlass Calais and was hit at almost the same speed limit, but they could estimate it with the tire tread. I was just at a stop light at a dead stop and next thing I know is I am burning my hand on my muffler that somehow got into my car, hit my head and I burned my hand on it when it was on the passanger seat! Talk about fawked up! I also didn't have airbags in that car, so I was in pretty bad shape. Couldn't walk for close to 2 weeks, nor sleep right for months because of discomfort in my back...........hell back is still fuxored becase of the accident!

My car was in a lot worse shape........if you can imagine. The lady that hit me supposedly said she passed out on the meds she was on, I don't know. I had to be rushed to the hospital and only read that on the reports. She had to be life flighted to Pittsburgh hospital because she had a pierced lung! Last I heard she to this day has to walk with an oxygen tank and she is like 5 years younger than me and I am 32. So she was just 16 when she hit me...........

Shit happens, but least you will get a new car and they are paying your bills. I wish I was so lucky in my case. I was supposed to get close to 75k after paying the lawyer and everything. I got 3200 for the car and 12,000 for sueing. Then took out the lawyer fees and was left with close to 9g's and took like 3 years to get my monies! Never go to a criminal lawyer..........with an auto accident! That was my first mistake! Supposedly he was really good at it.....yeah, ok!

The guy that I was pushed into actually used to work with my grandma, so we're both on the same side, and he seen every thing that happened. Not that it even matters for our stories, though. The little smirking douchebag driving the G35 admitted to the police that he wasn't watching and didn't even try to stop. There wasn't even skid marks from his car on the road, just a mark from my car skidding into the oncoming trunk then doing a 180 around.
We're taking his *** for any and every thing he can get.

Which sucks now, it's going to be hard as hell to find a clean 6th Gen. Civic like mine. All the ones I've seen online and in Craig's List (been looking since 3am) are ***** and molested.

Woah man glad you are ok, from the looks of just looking at your car I would have expected you to be a lot worse off.

Meh, most cars have built in crumple zones now, front and rear just for these sorta accidents. You'll notice the front and rear of the honda are completely wrecked, yet the cabin is mostly untouched. Not sure why the g35 is in such great shape, weird things happen though....
