Story of My Life...
Well, my car is totaled.
Story:
Was going to a friends house, because we are all going fishing. Was STOPPED on the road to wait for traffic to clear to make a left turn down my friend's street. Waited there, and next thing I know some retard in a G35 slams into the back of me, and puts me into on coming traffic. The front and back of the car ar totaled. The trunk is in the rear deck, and the fire wall is pretty much pushed into the dash. The frame is bent front and back. This is literetly the worst day of my life.
It took the ******* cops like 10 minutes to get to the seen. The guy driving the G35 is lucky 4-5 people stopped to aide us after the crash, because I was seriously going to beat this guys ***.
After the cops show up, I'm giving my report and this guy is just sitting my his car saying "**** Honda...." and smirking. They had to put me in the back of the cop car because I was so furious over my car.
The guy driving the G35 that hit my rear was doing atleast 60+ mph on a 40mph street, according to witnesses, and there isn't even skid makes from his car. The moron that hit me even admitted to the cop that he wasn't watching the road, and she questioned him about his speed and told him what the witnesses say, and his reply was "Yea, probably about 60mph, maybe more, I was in a hurry and not paying attention." She issued him two citations, one for following too closely, and reckless driving. He goes "Can you hurry with the tickets, I'm just going to pay tomorrow". :rant:
After all that I agreed to leave with the ambulance, to the hospital. My neck was hurting, my knee and anle were killing me, and I have burns/scraped on my arm from the air bag deploying.
After three hours in the hospital, Turns out there's nothing worng, went through Xrays and Catscans and all that, nothing wrong, was given a prescription and released.
I'm just glad this guy was insured out the ***. My insurance company is giving me a rental car, and also paying for workers compansation for 4 weeks ($600 a week), so atleast I can still have money in my pocket before I have a check written out to me before I can get a new car.
You'll see in the last pic there's no skid marks from the guy attemping to stop, so it's blatent negligence, and stupidity.
