I've been in a few situations where I did a 'car...car!" when we were getting a little too close too quickly for my comfort.

The driver told the cop he wasn't watching the road and didn't see me at all until he hit me.

They also did not say anything to me, no "sorry" or "are you ok?". The only word from either of them I got was from his passenger was "you better hide anything in the car before the cops come". Like seriously...like I was in the wrong.
