The lady that hit me supposedly said she passed out on the meds she was on, I don&#039;t know. I had to be rushed to the hospital and only read that on the reports. She had to be life flighted to Pittsburgh hospital because she had a pierced lung! Last I heard she to this day has to walk with an oxygen tank and she is like 5 years younger than me and I am 32. So she was just 16 when she hit me...........Shit happens, but least you will get a new car and they are paying your bills. I wish I was so lucky in my case. I was supposed to get close to 75k after paying the lawyer and everything. I got 3200 for the car and 12,000 for sueing. Then took out the lawyer fees and was left with close to 9g&#039;s and took like 3 years to get my monies! Never go to a criminal lawyer..........with an auto accident! That was my first mistake! Supposedly he was really good at it.....yeah, ok!Good luck</blockquote>
