only 7 woofers will fit on the front...Few questions:
1. Why in the world would you fire 7 of them on the front and one up? It would make more sense to go bipolar and fire four forward and four back to pick up reflections off the back wall. There is no imaging from up firing, all that it may give is extra output. Tell me your reasoning if you don't mind.
2. What sort of slope are you using on the crossover, what attenuation and what kinda tweets?

.....In that case, why are you set on using 8 woofers as it's a waste of space putting a speaker on top. Maybe on bottom if you run it in a 2.5 way and use it as a "subwoofer", but even then it's questionable. Why not six?only 7 woofers will fit on the front...
box position doesn't allow for woofers on the rear, as they are pretty much up against a wall...
7 woofers cant be wired to an amplifier in any reasonable way...
hence, 8 woofers, one of which is firing up...
12dB per octave at 4000Hz...Ok....
Anyway, you still didn't say what kind of x-over you were using.
Gaaa, your towers will give you way better results //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gifThose towers look very similar to the ones I'll be building soon...except mine will just be housing one 6.5" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
