working weekends *****/can't go to shows

Does any eles have this problem? I always work weekends and almost all the shows i seen posted on dbdrag are on weekends. This makes sence b/c most people have them off. It just ***** for me b/c it is hard to get weekends off for me. Hell i just want to get metered and hang out.

I would buy a meter if they wern't so damed expensive. lol

I'm scheduled to work every Saturday. I just give my boss as much notice as I can and hope for the best. Most of the time I can but occasionally there's Noone to cover.

i thought about buying one and then charging like $10 bucks for 30 minutes of meter time to help offset the cost. i don't think thats a bad deal. lol right now i would pay 10 bucks to get meter and bs with someone

that is a good deal, the local shop around here wants $20 for like 10 minutes, and apparently they're ***** about it too, like they have to sit in the car with your or some BS, i haven't done it cuz it just seems like a PITA

ummm, well if your from the lima area and would pay $10 to get meter, post up in here. lol

i guess another way to look at it is, i could set up a little "mini comp". get a handfull of people at one, crank out some score, bs, could be a good time.

Feel your pain. I work alot of W/E's. But when you are the only one working in the house sacrifices have to be made. Last year I took one W/E off between May and November. Wife and son hated it. This year not working as much, but busy season starts now until Thanksgiving. Gonna miss spending time with the family.

I used to have that issue. ***** indeed. I started going to them alot more and then began going broke...

i work pretty much everyday so i feel your pain i wanted to goto a 2 a week or two again and got stuck working and working out of town for the other..***** :-\
