If you're skinny like me and can't seem to gain any weight than your golden. I'm about 5'8 or 5'9 135 lbs tops. I bench 260 1rep max and curl sets of 100 lbs. I dont eat much and I dont care what i eat. I train hard and let my muscles rest. Thats it. With this body type there is NOTHING else to it. This is directed towards flakko. I barely eat 2 meals a day.
Also, i Dont go to the gym, Ever. I have no transportation but i do have a bench in my basement, Thats it. As for my legs, I'm deff lacking. Half of your workout is mental. Know you can do it and Train like a bitch.
Simple.
