working out...

what do yall eat on a regular? me, a bowl of cereal early in the day & then probably a number 1 from mcDonalds and that's it. I'm trying to stop "fast" food but that's exactly what it is....fast & it's "food"....
thats all? wow your gonna die early hehe cereal and mcnalgas.

 
I actually harldy ever mess with McDonald's...I eat mainly subway when I'm not really hungry (get the 2.49 daily) & some fat / grease when I am hungry.

 
If you're skinny like me and can't seem to gain any weight than your golden. I'm about 5'8 or 5'9 135 lbs tops. I bench 260 1rep max and curl sets of 100 lbs. I dont eat much and I dont care what i eat. I train hard and let my muscles rest. Thats it. With this body type there is NOTHING else to it. This is directed towards flakko. I barely eat 2 meals a day.

Also, i Dont go to the gym, Ever. I have no transportation but i do have a bench in my basement, Thats it. As for my legs, I'm deff lacking. Half of your workout is mental. Know you can do it and Train like a bitch.

Simple.

wow, you sound like me except I don't think I can bench 260... I've never tried to see what my max is but that sounds like a lot.

lol yea benching almost double your weight is mediocre at best.

I dont eat much and I dont care what i eat. I train hard and let my muscles rest. Thats it. With this body type there is NOTHING else to it. This is directed towards flakko. I barely eat 2 meals a day.
have you tried eating a lot? cuz thats probably why you arent gaining weight. When i was training, i just got stronger and cut, but i ate a lot. i dint gain due to my high metabolism. maybe if you try eating you can gain weight.

 
yea eat 3 semi big but snack alot in between so eat 6...... 3 big meals and like a turkey and prov. sand. in between for the other ones to get the size up

mediocre i don't think so when you can 2 time your boby weight you are a strong mother focker in any weight lifters eyes that is all you have to do to get respect in the gym

BTW benching 2 times your weight is standard for being a strong mother focker i have been in the gym hard core for at least 7-10 years

 
Yea benchin double your body weight your gonna be a FUKIN body builder. Unless you got some mad steroids. The average person only gains 8 to 15 pounds of muscle a year (lean muscle). Thats why all these huge mother fukers have either been liftin for 6 years or steroids. The best way if you wanna get big is get on a good high protein diet. Make sure your carbs are in there also put a little meat on the bones for a building block. And when your lifting weight push your self twice your capabilities. Only lift weights that you can do no more than 12 times. and increase the weights every set. make sure your gettin good carbs and good protiens and not bad fattty mc d's food. But make sure you put some running and crunches in there so the fat dont settle in the stomach or any place you dont want it

me i work 3rd shift i get up at 8pm go to work get a subway 12'' tuna with all the trimins 10 am i eat 2 scrambled egg sands (4 eggs on white bread) and maybe some meat if i feel like makein' it

 
ok i've heard the ROID thing mentioned a few times but i am 100% not ROID so if that is what your thinking forget it i was built big from birth and wanted to stay there yea i have lifted for 10 + years but i am 28 so you do the math

yea it's not normal but when done it's looked upon as very very good not trying to be a pecker but just wanted to state i have never been a ROID BOY i wasn't callin' you out sorry if it looked like that!!!!!
