Want to get 2 12' in my Acura TL. Need opinion on which woofer will be the loudest out of these listed below.

DC Audio Lv 3

Sundown Audio SA

JL Audio W6

Alpine Type R

Hertz HX 300

Of those that are on your list, the DC lvl3 12s, they can go in a box as small as 1.25cuft each.

Sa's are louder than level 3's, its been tested quite a few times. I actually wouldnt be shocked if the Type R's were louder. The 3s would be a good choice if you wanted to run a small box or if you wanted the peace of mind of running a 3" coil.

Now Im getting really confused. Im leaning towards the SA, DC, W6, and Type R. I guess which of these would be the loudest on recommended RMS but slightly overpowered buy 100-200RMS

If I go with the SA 12s Would the Sundown 1500 be good or should I get the Sundown 2000?

Not sure. I know they are 3" aluminum coils. I had 2 18s and hated them.

Can you give me more information on why you hated the LV3? Out of the subs I listed which one would you say to get? My top 3 im leaing towards are the DC, Sundown, and JL

you picked a ton of subs with an inflated price, while some of them are nice drivers, you can get something equally nice for about half the price used or even new

two hds312s on 3kw rms would be pretty **** loud
