wondering if amp is fried

My brother has a profile california 800sx running to what I believe are 4 ohm infinty references. Anyways he was driving down the road and they just stopped working. So today we go in and see what is up. I check the ground it is ok, check the inline fuse and battery connection those are fine too. The amp is powering on and the protection light isn't on or anything of that nature. So we take it out and hook up a kicker 300.2 to the subs. Works fine with this amp, so I look at the profile. It has three 20 amp fuses and one appears to be gone. So we get another one, put it in, and hook the profile up...nothing happens.

What do you think might be wrong with it
