Withc one for Type R

I'm planning to upgrade my sub, and want an amp for it, i'll get a 1 type R 10" havent decided about Dual 2ohm or 4ohm cause the amp, i'm in tight budged and have seen this amps:

Profile AP1200

RMS Output Power (2 Ohms): 300W x 2

Bridged RMS Output Power (4 Ohms): 600W x 1

or

PROFILE AP1000M

Peak Output Power(4 Ohms): 650W x 1

RMS Output Power(4 Ohms): 310W x 1

Peak Output Power(2 Ohms): 1000W x 1

RMS Output Power(2 Ohms): 500W x 1

This are what i have seen i can get then for $120 and $110 shipped, any other subgestion in this range will be appreciate, and as i say i'll get the sub after get the amp to match the resistence of it.
