With Pioneer 80PRS Head Unit, when making phone call via Bluetooth no incoming sound.

Hi, I am new here but read lot of the forums.

As of yesterday I have a Pioneer 80PRS Head unit installed in my 2006 Chrysler 300c. I have kept the factory installed premium Boston Acoustic speaker system for this installation. I must say with this new head unit (HU) the speakers sounds so different and so much better than it did with the factory HU. Sounds comes out of all the speakers including my Sub woofer. It sounds so good it make me feel like I want curse. I usually don't.

The issue I am having though is with the Bluetooth/Phone feature. When I tested out the phone via Bluetooth feature there are no incoming sound. Person on the other side can hear me but I can't hear them. Also, phone contact/phone book does not appear on the HU. I can dial using the iPhone and press dial. No sound. If anyone can shine a light on it I would appreciate it.

Same problem here. it's this particular headunit. there seems to be something wrong with the 80prs. Pioneer doesn't seem to know about it and won't do anything for us. sorry, i think you need a parrot for phonecalls.
