I would too, but the more I think about it the more I dont think I would enjoy driving in traffic through Dallas rush hour. I drive the most from 7am-8am and 5pm-7pm, all prime bumper to bumper. Which is why I decided on the SMG.

A few things to warn you about. On all E46, the door seals droop in hot weather, window regulators and door lock actuators go bad pretty frequently.

Also on the SMG model M3s, the SMG solenoids go bad and cost a pretty penny. I hope you are getting a good warranty with it. Fixing small shit on that car is expensive. I wanted an M3 as well, but low mileage 04s were going for 40k out here.

Audio is a pain. Door speakers require some work to get any midbass out of them, and the trunk is sealed and the back seats are metal. So something that sounded good in your car now will have less output in the M.

SMGs are sweet to drive with the launch control and nice having the option of setting shift speeds for comfort and having Auto as well. Definiately a pleasure to drive.

Be sure to set aside money for repairs and tires.

Selling truck to local guy, have to take stereo out. Bank wants 8% and I said F off. Im waiting on them to rework the numbers again.

I could get the car today, but my credit is good enough to get 6.5% so I dont want to budge.

I gave them till Wednesday to get it strait or Ill pull money from investments and find a credit union.

It will either be Wednesday night or find another bank. I cant believe these guys are wasting my time. The only reason they want to get 8% is cause Ive never financed anything above 18k. Yet having only $2800 total debt and my income is enough, and the debt isnt even real debt its my credit card that they consider it "could" be debt if I run it up.

Im getting pissed, but Ive waited this long...
