Hi there, I just ordered my system consisting of an alpine cde-9852 cd player, front 6.5 alpine type r component package, rear 5x7 type R's ,and a 4 channel amp. I'll have no problem installing the amp. This may be a dumb question but do I wire up each speaker like a subwoofer? Or is it simply + to +, - to -?

If not how are they correctly wired? And about the two way crossover, do I simply input the woofer and tweeter - and + and put the - and + from the amp channel to the input section on the crossover.

Sorry for these questions I've completed few sub and amp systems but have never delt with speakers. And as for the remote wire, what would be the best place to splice it in when my car doesn't have a power antenna?

Thanks for the help guys.
