your gonna Need a Complete 4ga wiring kit, complete with Power, ground,RCAS, remote wire, fuse block, misc connectors, and a roll of speaker wire
Wire the subs in parrallell, so what your gonna do is run the + from the amp to the positive one one voice coil on one sub and then jump from the + of that sub to the + of the other sub one voice coil, then on the first sub jump the - of one voice coil to the positive to th e+ of the other voice coil, and the same thing on the other, then do the _ from the amp to the - of the other voice coil on the first sub, and to the negative on the other subs voice coil...
youll then have an 2 ohm load, which is what that amp needs, for 2ohms its gonna a have 1100 watts, which should be perfect for those subs
For tools your gonna need Screwdrivers, maybe torx (depends on what kinda car you have)
you may need a panel pry tool to lift up trim from the panels, your gonna need screws to mount the amp, Ratchet and sockets to attach the power cable to the battery.
I would also get a razor blade, to cut the power cable insulation off, just cut around the insulation and pull it off, cuz your not gonna have strippers big enough to strip it,
Some power kits dont come with all the rings needed to attach wires, so you may have to buy more
