Wiring up 2 amps...

Im installing two a/b amps in a Ford F350 (two batteries), assuming I should run from one battery, im using 4 gauge to a D-block and 4 gauge to a 600rms amp and 8 gauge to a 200rms amp.

Question: What size fuse(s) do I use and do I put one before the block or one before each amp?

You should use one at the battery and one after the D-Block for each amp.

I would just add up the fuse total from the amps and use that (or a little higher if one isn't available in that exact size) and put that at the battery (as close as possible).

Then for the 2 coming off the d block use the amp rating from the individual amps. If one has two 25 a fuses then get a 50 amp fuse for the power wire.

Well I ended up ordering a kit that came with a mini anl 120A fuse. The total of the amps' fuses would be 90, so I guess Ill call and ask them to throw in a 90A fuse as well.

Negative. Stick with the 120 that they give you. Put that one under the hood. Once at the distro, fuse the 8awg leg anywhere from 50-80A. For the 4awg leg fuse it anywhere from 80-100A.
