Wiring question

I've always had my negative fuse block fused, something i plan to change soon but i received my Wolfram 3k yesterday and i was giving my 1k a 150amp fuse on the neg and pos fuse blocks. I put a full metal link on the positive fuse block and fused the wire externally of that block, because Mini anl dont go in the 300 amperage range. If i just want to test and play, will that neg fuse trip?
