wiring on a 02 explorer

im trying to run 0 gauge from the battery, but im having a hard time finding an area that would allow it to run through. anyone have some ideas where i can run it through on the driver side?

either drill a new hole in the firewall or find the factory grommet and cut a slit in it big enough to fit 1/0ga. through

i tried to run it through a grommet but my hood latch release mechanism it on the way. i might just drill a big hole. any percussions i should take before drilling a hole? everything in the truck is sealed which is teh ghey

i guarentee there is a grommet somewhere that will work.

if you drill a hole, you will need to put in your own grommet so the wire does not get damaged by the bare metal.

just drill the hole and put a grommet on it so u don't cut the wire with the sharp firewall metal

On an 02 explorer there should already be a big *** grommet/rubber boot on the driver side firewall you can fish the wire through..

i didnt find nothing, i have lots of the pass side but i cant run power cable on that side. if i dont find one im just going to drill a new one.
