Wiring my dvc 2 to 1 ohm

????

I don't know what picture you were looking at but to wire a DVC 2 Ohm subwoofer to a 1 Ohm nominal load you'll want to wire in parallel.

Connect the amplifier's positive output to both positive VC inputs (whether you have wires going to both or the amp output connected to one VC positive and a jumper wire ran from the first VC positive around the sub to the other VC positive doesn't matter - as long as they are connected together to the same amp output somehow)

Then do the same for the negative amp output going to both voice coil negative inputs.

See here and look at the top diagram. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Good luck getting it sorted!

Allright I looked at the voice coil thread to see how to wire my 15" L7 dvc 2 to 1 ohm. If I follow the picture will I be putting a positive wire in a negative terminal...didnt think I could do that. Any help
to get 1 ohm out of a DVC 2, all u have to do is wire all the +'s together adn all the -'s together and then wire up to the amp
