Wiring jlw3's to jbl amp

I have a jbl 1200.1 and 2 jlw3-d2's (2 ohm) and I want to wire them to my amp. According to jlaudio they asy if you wire them in series you would get a 2 ohm load. According to jbl you would not get a 2 ohm load.

With the coils wired in series and the speakers wired in parallel:

2 dual 2Ω speakers (D2) will present a 2Ω load.--From jl

Please give me your scoop on this matter. :p

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
