Wiring help?

I am thinking of buying 2 pairs of components (4 ohm) but am unsure of how all of this wiring crap goes. I am thinking about getting an audiopipe amp because you can't beat the price. The audiopipe ap-1504 specs are:

Stereo 4 Ch-75W x 4@4Ω

Stereo 4 Ch-150W x 4@2Ω

Stereo 2 Ch-300W x 2@4Ω

BUT WHAT DO THESE NUMBERS MEAN? haha I know this may be a stupid question but I'm new to all of this and as much as I try to understand it I seem to get even more confused. I was told that you can run 2 sets of components to a 2 channel amp at 2 ohms or something like that so I guess I could either get a 2 or 4 channel amp. The components I'm thinking about getting are 100W rms and 150W max just in case that helps. Could someone dumb this down for me?

That amp will run 4 separate speakers that are 4ohm and will also run 4 separate speakers that are 2ohm. Most comp's are 4ohm so in theory you can run 2 sets of comp's per amp assuming you’re going to run passive. If going active then that amp is only good for 1 comp set.
