Wiring Help. New ACC and Power Wire

So for some reason in my dad's 1999 Dodge Durango his stereo just stopped working. It was the stock head unit. And so I replaced it with and old pioneer head unit i had. I thought his head unit just went out but then when i started checking the wires there was no power coming from the power wire or ACC wire. And i know it would be good to find out the cause of this. I've checked all the fuses on the side and under the hood and still can't find anything. So for the mean time I want to run new wires.

So anyone know how or where would be a good place to run the new wires from? any help would be great. This is the first I have to run these wires from a new location. kind of hope i can do this by today.

You should be able to find both ACC and 12V at the ignition harness. Look up the wiring at Car Alarm, Car Stereo, Mobile Video, and Cruise Control Info for Installers good luck
